• Preparing overall layout, elevations and perspective drawings.
• Providing detailed drawings to the contractors of various facilities like Civil, Carpentry, False/Suspended Ceiling, Electrical, Plumbing, Air-Conditioning, and Acoustics and so on.
• Carrying out periodic site to ensure quality and progress of the work.
• Lending our expertise in the analysis of non-tendered items of work and in matters of cost controlling, forecasting cash flow, preparing weekly cost control statements and checking and certifying the contractors’ bills.

PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

Our Services involve -

• Preparing overall PERT/CPM charts displaying the sequence of all activities to ensure the completion of all projects.
• Preparing detailed bar charts for the construction activities of all disciplines.
• Meticulously monitoring progress by submitting reports detailing the status and progress of all activities and identifying bottle necks and constraints if any.
• Coordinating with the company on technical and financial matters and with sub-contractors and vendors as may be required. Overseeing project co-ordination between various engineering disciplines.
• Lending our expertise in the analysis of non-tendered items of work and in matters of cost controlling, forecasting cash flow. Preparing monthly cost control statements.
• Posting a team of engineers to follow up and look after day to day matters and construction work. Checking and certifying contractor’s bills.
• Carrying out periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction work and providing project monitoring and control systems.
